About the Role

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is looking for a Data Center Commissioning Engineer (CxE) to help build and support the operations of Amazon owned data centers. The team focuses on construction quality of engineering designs and works with vendors, contractors, and cross‑functional teams across the AWS organization.

Key Responsibilities

As the Commissioning Engineer you will:

• Provide testing and validation oversight of AWS data center electrical and mechanical infrastructure.
• Review design documents and equipment submittals; lead Factory Witness Testing (FWT).
• Manage third‑party commissioning vendors in onsite pre‑functional, functional, and integrated systems testing.
• Own projects’ success, deep‑dive to resolve technical issues, and address schedule impacts.
