Commissioning Department Manager

Overview

Commissioning Department Manager – KBR is seeking a Commissioning Department Manager to lead the commissioning team in Leatherhead. The role ensures that systems and facilities are accurately estimated during FEED and EPC (including OPEX, CAPEX), installed, tested, and operated safely, efficiently, and in accordance with client requirements, regulatory standards, and company policies.

• Lead and manage the commissioning department, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Ensure the application of standard and best industry practice, innovating where appropriate.
• Provide extensive Commissioning and Start Up experience to the team, reviewing and overseeing their activities and output as Manager and Subject Matter Expert.
