Commission Sales Associate

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to grow student enrollments for our Learning Management System (LMS) courses.

This is a performance-based role. The monthly retainer of KES 20,000 is earned upon achieving a minimum target of 15 paid student enrollments per month. Commission is paid for enrollments above the target.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and convert leads into paying students

Follow up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and email

Promote courses through social media and digital channels

Identify new lead generation opportunities

Track and report sales performance

Achieve a minimum of 15 paid enrollments per month

Requirements

Experience in sales, marketing, or business development

Strong communication and closing skills

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Comfortable using social media and digital tools
