Position Summary
We're seeking a detail-oriented Commission Processor to ensure accurate and timely processing of commission payments across Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Life insurance products. You'll play a critical role in our revenue operations by reconciling carrier payments, identifying discrepancies, and resolving payment issues that directly impact our bottom line.
The responsibilities of the Commission Processor include:
Commission Processing & Data Management
- Process commission data from carrier statements into internal systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Execute policy-to-commission match backs and resolve exceptions systematically
- Monitor commission pipelines to ensure complete, timely processing across all product lines
Reconciliation & Quality Assurance
- Reconcile carrier payments against internal policy records to identify variances
