Commission Processing Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures accurate and timely commission payouts through Auto Credit and Wire Transfer.
• Implement deduction and holding of commission endorsed by Sellers Analytics Group.
• Monitor commission cash flow by comparing projected vs. actual figures.
• Handle Management requests for commission reports and analysis.
• Ensures all databases are up-to-date for Seller Helpdesk to answer Seller's inquiries.
• Conduct thorough review of existing process flow, turnaround time, templates and report to recommend automation for improvement.
• Ensure commission processing and releases are accurate, timely, and complete.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and tax regulations.
• Ensure proper documentation and recording of commission expenses for financial reporting.
• Monitor Team performance based on the approved KPIs
• Perform other related tasks as needed.
