Commission-Based Recruiter

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Commission-Based Recruiter to join our recruitment team. This is a commission-only role with no base salary or retainer. As a Commission-Based Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening qualified candidates for open positions. You will leverage platforms such as LinkedIn, OnlineJobs, Upwork, and other relevant job boards to identify top candidates. Compensation is performance-based, rewarding you with $200 for every successful placement.
