Job Summary

The Commission Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the Sales and Finance teams by ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of commission calculations and payments. This position requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance along with at least one year of relevant experience in sales, analytics, or finance/accounting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a keen attention to detail, exceptional analytical abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calculate and validate commission earnings to ensure accuracy.
  • Handle inquiries and adjustment requests from the Sales and Finance departments.
  • Process both automated and manual commission adjustments when necessary.
