Key Responsibilities
Manage daily commissary operations, including food preparation, storage, and quality control.
Monitor incoming Grab Food/Food panda orders and ensure accurate, timely packing and dispatch.
Track and coordinate with riders/couriers for efficient deliveries.
Maintain inventory of raw materials, finished products, and packaging supplies.
Generate daily and weekly reports on order volume and commissary performance.
Collaborate with commissary staff and customer service to resolve issues quickly.
Recommend process improvements to streamline operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Logistics, or related field (preferred but not required).
At least 1–2 years of experience in commissary, food service, logistics, or fulfillment.
