Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily commissary operations, including food preparation, storage, and quality control.

  • Monitor incoming Grab Food/Food panda orders and ensure accurate, timely packing and dispatch.

  • Track and coordinate with riders/couriers for efficient deliveries.

  • Maintain inventory of raw materials, finished products, and packaging supplies.

  • Generate daily and weekly reports on order volume and commissary performance.

  • Collaborate with commissary staff and customer service to resolve issues quickly.

  • Recommend process improvements to streamline operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Logistics, or related field (preferred but not required).

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in commissary, food service, logistics, or fulfillment.
