• Ensuring all food produced aligns with established kitchen recipes and quality standards
• Maintaining a clean, hygienic, and organised workstation in line with HACCP and food safety standards
• Working collaboratively across all kitchen sections to promote flexibility and productivity
• Supporting stock rotation and stock control processes to minimise wastage
