Job Description

As a Commis Chef, you’ll support the kitchen team in delivering high-quality food across all hotel food and beverage operations. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone passionate about cooking and looking to build a career in hospitality

You’ll work closely with the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, and Head Chef to learn kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and presentation standards. Your day will involve preparing ingredients, assisting during service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are followed.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across different kitchen sections while developing your culinary skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment. Your enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and positive attitude will play an important role in creating an exceptional guest experience.
