As our next Commis Chef , you will play an important role in supporting the kitchen team to deliver quality food consistently and efficiently in a fast‑paced hotel environment.

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes to agreed brand and company standards
  • Ensure all mise‑en‑place is prepared and ready for service
  • Maintain cleanliness, organisation and hygiene across all kitchen areas
  • Follow food safety procedures from storage through to preparation and service
  • Support the Chef team during breakfast, lunch, dinner and event service
  • Help with stock rotation, deliveries and storage procedures
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a great guest experience
  • Carry out any additional kitchen duties as requested by senior chefs or management
