Commis Chef

We are looking for an authentic and driven Full Time Commis Chef to join us at Kimpton Clocktower Hotel!

Responsibilities

Assist the Chef De Parties and wider kitchen team in providing excellent culinary experiences for guests, prepping food for service, and preparing essential elements of dishes.

Qualifications

• Availability to work 40 hours per week across a variety of shifts.
• Passion for providing excellent culinary experiences and previous experience in a kitchen as a Chef or Apprentice Chef.
• Motivation for a career within a kitchen, keen to learn and grow.
