Job Description

The Commis Chef is responsible for assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food items in accordance with established recipes, quality standards, and food safety regulations. The role supports the daily operations of the Hot Kitchen or Cold Kitchen by ensuring timely food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas, monitoring stock levels, and contributing to efficient kitchen operations. The Commis Chef works closely with the culinary team to deliver high-quality dining experiences while adhering to company policies, hygiene standards, and sustainability initiatives.
