Responsibilities
- To ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Responsible for the preparation and cooking of food to the restaurant specific standards.
- Responsible for the completion of the cleaning schedule for the kitchen.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements under the food hygiene.
- Ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines.
- Ensure food produced to highest standards and within restaurant's specification.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks arising from operational requirements.
- Maintain all food preparation and service standards in a hygienic, safe, accident-free environment.
- Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
- Knowledgeable of different types of cuisine.
