Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for a Commis 3. The selected candidate will assist in daily food preparation, support chefs in cooking tasks, and ensure all dishes are prepared according to high standards. Additional responsibilities include maintaining hygiene and sanitation protocols in the kitchen, efficiently handling food items, and learning and developing culinary skills as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Preparation, Cooking, and foundational Culinary Skills
• Knowledge of Hygiene and Sanitation standards in kitchen operations
• Good Communication skills for seamless teamwork and coordination
• Commitment to learning and a passion for food and hospitality
• Prior experience in a similar role or a culinary background is a plus
• Should also have experience in bakery
