Company Description: Rainforest Athirapally is a luxury resort set within seven acres of pristine rainforest, in Athirapally, Kerala.

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in a hotel or resort kitchen.


Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Independently prepare assigned dishes following standard recipes.

•⁠ ⁠Complete mise en place before service.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor ingredient quality and storage.

•⁠ ⁠Minimize food wastage and follow portion control.

•⁠ ⁠Guide and support junior kitchen staff.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are followed.
