Commi 1 - Prep & Service

We're hiring a Commis I responsible for daily prep and executing dishes during service. This role requires someone who can move from prep to line seamlessly-consistent, fast, and in control during service.

You will prepare ingredients, maintain mise en place, and cook/assemble menu items during service to a consistent standard.

• Execute daily prep (vegetables, sauces, spreads, fillings, etc.)
• Follow prep lists and recipes with accuracy
• Maintain complete mise en place before service
• Cook and assemble dishes during service
• Ensure consistency, portioning, and presentation standards
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and efficient
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service flow
