Responsibilities

  • Responsible for accelerating capability development across Sales Teams, Distributors.
  • Design and lead a comprehensive commercial training portfolio, ensuring a 360° learning approach (Strategy, Methodology, Execution) that strengthens field excellence and supports best‑in‑class deployment of commercial initiatives across all channels.
  • Build and manage a regional network of Country Ambassadors to ensure continuity, scalability, and effective knowledge transfer.
  • Develop and manage a multi-channel Sales Training Portfolio tailored to Direct Sales, Distributors, Key Accounts, Salon Consultants, and Education Partners.
  • Translate brand, category, and commercial strategies into clear execution guidelines, training materials, and annual training plans aligned to business priorities.
