Positioning of the role
The role is part of Global Tech Commercial Services team. The team has a frontline role in ensuring the service is delivered , acting as the bridge between markets (Business users: Sales and Advocacy) and the Tech support and stakeholders (L2/L3, Delivery Team, PO, Program Manager etc).
Reporting line
Candidate will report to Tech Commercial Solutions Service Manager, with dotted line to internal or external stakeholders.
