Job Responsibilities
Being responsible for the overall quality of sales contracts between Huawei and customers/business partners.Designing appropriate business models to suit the specific business requirements of each bid/contract and prevent/reduce the company's business risk exposures.Preparing commercial proposals, bidding SOC, contracts, cover letters and other contract-related documentation as required as well as performing contractual/commercial review of bid proposals and sales contracts along with analytical resources from the relevant business units.
