Commercial Sales Manager (Greece & Iraq-Field Based Role)

The Role

We are hiring a Commercial Sales Manager to lead a growing sales team (5–9 people), manage key industrial accounts, and drive sustainable commercial growth.

This is a field-based leadership position, split between Erbil and Greece, with a back-to-back rotation structure shared with another Director. While one Director is in Erbil, the other supports remotely from Greece, ensuring 360° coverage and operational continuity.

This is not a remote role. It requires on-the-ground leadership, daily involvement in sales activities, and regular field visits to clients.
