Commercial Property Manager (Offices)

Requirements

• 7-10 years of Property Management experience with a minimum of 5 years managing high-rise operational commercial properties in the UAE.
• Relevant Master’s/Post Graduate degrees and accreditations.
• Working knowledge of building operations, property and asset management, FMMA, facilities management service provider transitions, and property management system functionality.
• Experience interfacing with clients, stakeholders and tenants.

Job Description

The role reports directly to the Senior Director – Head of Building Management (PAMS) and represents the onsite PM team. Key responsibilities include:
