Commercial Planning & S&OP Lea*dership

  • Lea*d the monthly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process to align demand, supply, inventory, and financial objectives.
  • Establish and drive an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) framework across the organization.
  • Partner closely with the GM and functional lea*ders to support strategic business decisions.
  • Develop planning capabilities, processes, KPIs, and governance for a rapidly growing organization.
  • Provide visibility and recommendations on sales forecasts, inventory risks, business opportunities, and supply constraints.



    • Demand Planning & Forecasting

  • Own the end-to-end demand planning process across all channels, including Retail, E-Commerce, Marketplace, and Wholesale.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts at category, product, and channel levels.
