Commercial Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Commercial Operations Specialist to join our Trading and Operations department in our Business Unit based in Bilbao, Spain. How you make the difference The position will be to ensure the smooth, accurate execution of all operational processes that support trading activities and contributes to efficient trade execution, improved performance, and the overall reliability of the trading operation. How your agenda looks like: Assist with the COP/COS issuance and circulation process based on the information received by the trader Manage the documentation flow in coordination with other TMI offices involved where applicable Expedite orders through interaction with both internal and external stakeholders (customers, suppliers, forwarding agents, shipping lines, warehouses) Ensure a timely and accurate information flow among different parties involved in each transaction Update internal databases and worksheets related to the trading activities Communicate to the relevant t...
