Job Description

Location: Islamabad or Lahore

Key Responsibilities

-Develop and implement sales strategies for solar module products in Pakistan and neighboring markets

-Identify and pursue sales opportunities to expand market share and revenue

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and project developers

-Lead, train, and motivate the local sales team to achieve targets

Analyze sales data, track performance, and adapt strategies as needed

-Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, finance) to support project execution

-Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes

-Conduct team performance reviews and manage incentive programs

-Foster a positive team culture and provide ongoing training and development
