As aCommercial Managerfor thisPre-Opening Hotel,you’re not leading commercial strategy across multiple segments and revenue streams – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
+ Own commercial strategy and execution: Develop and implement integrated commercial strategies across all revenue streams — including Group, Conference, and Events (GCE), Rooms, Food and Beverage, Leisure, and Spa — to drive top-line performance and market share growth
+ Maximize revenue and profitability: Partner with General Managers and Finance to ensure commercial decisions support revenue goals, optimize cost of sales, and deliver profit and margin targets
+ Lead pricing and forecasting strategy: Oversee revenue management practices including pricing, rate strategies, demand forecasting, and business reviews to optimize revenue across all segments
