- Handle end-to-end vendor claim settlement and ensure timely closures

- Share accurate sales, returns, discount, scheme, and stock data with vendors

- Prepare and share monthly brand-wise calculations and statements

- Perform reconciliations between internal records and vendor statements and close gaps

- Maintain documentation and audit trails for commercial transactions
