The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing the commercial and financial management of major construction projects, ensuring all works are delivered in line with budget, programme, and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams, clients, architects, suppliers, and contractors to manage the commercial aspects of the construction project through to completion.
