COMMERCIAL MANAGER

The role

As part of the Commercial Group, the Commercial Counsel will have a responsibility to provide a pro-active and timely commercial service to both internal and external customers. The incumbent is expected to be an active member of the Commercial Group and contribute to the achievement of the role of the Commercial Group.

Further, the successful candidate will:

• Undertake contractual management of projects to maximise commercial outcomes and performance including drafting of tasking orders and contract change proposals.
• Identify and manage commercial risks.
• Manage and maintain positive relationships with key internal and external customers.
• Provide commercial advice to project and tender teams ensuring that key commercial, legal and contractual issues are dealt with in an effective and efficient manner.
