Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage day-to-day servicing activities for the commercial loan portfolio, including: Loan boarding and maintenance
    Payment processing and reconciliation
    Rate changes and payment adjustments
    Maturity and renewal tracking
    Escrow and reserve administration
    Construction draw administration
    Collateral and covenant tracking
    Participation loan servicing

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan records within the core and ancillary systems.

  • Coordinate loan funding activities and ongoing servicing requirements with lenders, credit administration, and treasury management teams.

  • Process and review loan modifications, extensions, renewals, assumptions, and payoffs.

  • Monitor exception reports and resolve servicing discrepancies in a timely manner.

  • Support servicing for complex credit structures and syndicated/participation relationships.
