Responsibilities

  • Proactively provide exceptional on-going service for clients needs, advise on insurance matters, assess needs, recommend solutions, and answer inquiries
  • Work closely with team members – including Account Managers, Technical Service Representatives, and Account Executives – to deliver solutions with pace
  • Account management with absolute attention to detail
  • Remarket renewals as necessary to produce best outcome for client
  • Ensure quality of business written is within Bryson guidelines
  • Report claims and follow-up claims management ensuring needs of client of fulfilled
  • Identify opportunities for professional growth and opportunities to enhance Bryson’s service offering
  • Look for opportunities to enhance client experience by introducing other Bryson products and services as needed
