JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
Provides support to the Account Manager in managing all aspects of COMMERCIAL lease administration services to our real estate client accounts including but not limited to, lease administration, database management, accounts receivable, monthly rent preparation, and desk-top audit services. The Lease Administrator will ensure all lease administration services are provided in compliance with operation standards and contractual key performance indicators.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate in the day-to-day management of the lease administration for client real estate and equipment portfolios with special attention to account activities, vendor management, landlord issues, invoicing, and any other lease administration matters.
