About the role REM Waste is a UK-based waste management company working with 750+ suppliers nationwide. We’re expanding our commercial team and hiring a Commercial Inbound Sales Closer to handle inbound calls from trade and commercial customers — builders, groundworkers, roofers, contractors. No cold calling. You take the call, work out who you’re talking to, close the sale, and grow the account. This is more than order-taking. The best people in this seat uncover what the customer is really doing and sell the right solution around it. What you’ll do Take inbound calls from commercial and trade customers ordering skips and grab hire Identify who you’re speaking to — what’s the job, the project, the scale? Close the order on the call Migrate customers onto our commercial ordering platform (one-click exchanges, ESG and spend reporting) — and earn commission on every conversion Consultatively upsell the right products for the job: aggregates and stone for backfill, diggers, welfare units,...
