Commercial Executive

We are seeking a Senior Executive – Commercial Operations with hands-on experience in ERP systems. The candidate will be responsible for invoicing, export documentation, stock in-warding, dispatch coordination, and data analysis. This is a cross-functional role that requires coordination with logistics, stores, and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process domestic and export invoices in ERP.
• Create and manage complete export documentation – commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, etc.
• Coordinate and track dispatches with logistics partners.
• Manage stock in-warding and inventory updates in ERP.
• Analyze sales and stock data to support planning and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company and statutory norms related to dispatch and documentation.
