**Job Title: Foreman – Tenant Fit-Out Projects (Electrical)** **Job Description**
This role leads electrical tenant fit-out projects across the Baltimore, Washington, DC, and Northern Virginia markets. You will oversee field crews, ensure work complies with electrical codes and project specifications, and coordinate daily activities to deliver high-quality projects safely, on time, and within scope.

+ Lead and supervise field crews of 2–6 team members on electrical tenant fit-out projects in commercial and similar environments.
+ Plan and coordinate daily work activities, including assigning tasks, organizing materials, and sequencing work to meet project schedules.
+ Ensure all electrical installations comply with applicable electrical codes, project drawings, and specifications.
