Main responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for growing, nurturing and leading the commercial activities of the business
  • To maximise the hotel’s revenue and maintain the competitiveness of the property
  • Directly oversee and manage the sales team to ensure sales optimisation
  • Build new relationships with companies and agencies to maximise on all promotional opportunities for events & sales
  • To identify need periods and proactively action business opportunities
  • To create, communicate and drive sales strategies
  • Growth in corporate business
  • Travel to trade shows, visiting clients, as required to grow the business

Qualifications

Experience and skills required to fulfill the role:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in luxury hospitality sales and marketing role
  • Previous experience of managing a Sales team
