Reporting to the CFO, the Commercial Finance Director is a critical role sitting at the heart of growth strategy for powerhouse. Unlike many FMCG businesses that are either marketing-led or sales-led, this organisation leads equally from both the customer and brand lens, and this role is central to making that approach work in practice.

Following a strategic organisation reorg, the business is rebuilding processes and commercial capabilities to support ambitious growth plans. This role will translate growth strategy into actionable plans, identifying the right customer growth channels and prioritising profitable growth.
