Key Responsibilities
- Oversee new project procurement and marketing efforts.
- Review bid plan sets, specifications, addendums, and requests for pricing in preparation for soliciting bids from subcontractors.
- Prepare and send bid invitations to subcontractors.
- Call, email, and follow up with subcontractors to ensure accurate bids are received.
- Create preliminary project schedules.
- Prepare and submit accurate and competitive bid packages.
- Coordinate with the project manager to hand off newly awarded jobs - includes producing a subcontractor list and preparing for the creation of subcontracts.
- Various other miscellaneous duties as required.
- Construction field experience preferred.
