Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee new project procurement and marketing efforts.
  • Review bid plan sets, specifications, addendums, and requests for pricing in preparation for soliciting bids from subcontractors.
  • Prepare and send bid invitations to subcontractors.
  • Call, email, and follow up with subcontractors to ensure accurate bids are received.
  • Create preliminary project schedules.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and competitive bid packages.
  • Coordinate with the project manager to hand off newly awarded jobs - includes producing a subcontractor list and preparing for the creation of subcontracts.
  • Various other miscellaneous duties as required.
  • Construction field experience preferred.
