A reputable and steadily growing Commercial General Contractor specializing in vertical construction is seeking a Commercial Construction Estimator (Ground-Up & Large-Scale Renovation) with 5+ years of experience estimating full-scope building projects.
This is strictly a commercial building role. We are not seeking residential, landscaping, restoration, or trade-only estimators.
This is a high-impact preconstruction position, not a back-office number crunching seat. The right individual will shape competitive bids on ground-up and major renovation commercial projects ranging from $5M–$30M+.
