Job Description

ResponsibilitiesReview and advise on legal matters, support all business units nationwide in Mexico, review and draft credit, trust, and other guarantee agreements; draft and review various types of agreements; analyze and implement local regulations.Monitor and provide legal advice regarding compliance with guidelines issued by Mexican authorities for the automotive industry and maintain relationships with the government for compliance.Coordinate, follow‐up, and negotiate litigation in which group companies are involved, and liaise with external counsel handling those matters.Provide legal support for special projects (e.g., joint ventures and spin‐offs).
