The company is a supplier of chemicals (Global Business).

Duties:

  • Coordinating with foreign and domestic clients.
  • Managing PO and Invoice documents.
  • Supporting the sales team in coordinating customers and sales documents.
  • Coordinating transportation department and freight forwarder (shipping) also supply chain team.
  • Providing constant communications and updating delivery schedules.
  • Monitoring order status and implementing actions to achieve on-time delivery.
  • Coordinating and following up on product sample status between BU and customers.
  • Visiting customers in case necessary and with sale person.
  • Being able to do other tasks related to the coordination department.
  • Qualifications:

  • Age 25 – 40 years old.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Good command of English.
  • Have experience as Logistics or Oversea coordinator for at least 2 years (Shipping is a plus).
