Responsibilities:




  • Handle commercial documentation, contracts, and records.




  • Prepare quotations, PRs, GRNs, invoices, and cost sheets.




  • Support tender documentation and subcontractor coordination.




  • Maintain data in CAFM/ERP systems and prepare reports.




  • Track expenses, budget updates, and approvals.




Requirements:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce.




  • 2–4 years commercial/admin experience (FM/Construction preferred).Consulting experience.




  • Strong MS Excel and documentation skills.




  • Knowledge of CAFM/ERP is an advantage.
