Commercial Account Executive (CAE)

As a Commercial Account Executive, you will be a direct quota carrier managing an average of 15‑20 accounts in an assigned territory. You will be responsible for overall account management and for maintaining customer relationships to positively impact our Net Promoter Score (NPS). In addition, you will prospect new business and grow accounts by aligning Softchoice’s capabilities to customer desired outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, including industry research, competitive insights, and client forecasts.
  • Build and maintain strong executive and C‑level relationships with existing and prospective Softchoice clients.
  • Leverage Salesforce and Softchoice sales methodology to manage accounts, opportunities, and pipelines with consistent and accurate forecasting.
