Job Description:

  • Monitor enterprise IT infrastructure, applications, and services using dashboards,monitoringtools, and event management systems.

  • Detect, log, and escalate incidents and alertsin accordance withstandard operating procedures (SOPs) and SLAs.

  • Perform first-level triage and basic troubleshooting to resolve or route issues efficiently.

  • Communicate real-time system outages and performance degradation to relevant support teams and management.

  • Maintain detailed andaccurateincident tickets and operational logs.

  • Follow predefined workflows andparticipatein major incident bridges when needed.

  • Support scheduled and ad-hoc health checks and reporting tasks.

  • Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure service availability andtimelyincident resolution.

  • Participate in shift-based operations (including night/weekend shifts, ifrequired).
