- Monitor and assess the potential impact of local and global events on business operations.
- Notify business units about performance issues in a timely manner and take necessary actions to ensure service level targets and financial goals are met.
- Partner with internal technical teams and external vendor resources to manage and resolve service-impacting events.
- Ensure that events with potential impact on clients or employees are escalated promptly to the Site Manager and relevant technical teams.
- Produce accurate and timely communications during critical and time-sensitive situations.
- During crisis situations, log and report events accurately and in sequence.
- Engage support groups and drive technical bridge calls in case of potential impact on the production environment.
