Combo Welder

Venture Dynamics is seeking skilled and experienced Combo Welders to perform structural welding, fitting, and fabrication aboard Navy and commercial vessels. Combo Welders will execute SMAW and FCAW structural welds, fit and fabricate steel components, perform torch and plasma cutting, and support shipfitting tasks involving layout, fit-up, structural repair, and steel renewal. This role requires strong welding proficiency, blueprint interpretation, and the ability to work safely in shipboard and industrial marine environments.

Per diem may be available on select projects depending on contract requirements and travel distance.
