Amentum is seeking a highly skilled Combat Systems SPY Technician to join our team in Rota, Spain, supporting the Forward Deployed Regional Maintenance Center (FDRMC). This role offers a unique opportunity to directly support the readiness of forward-deployed U.S. Navy forces by maintaining and restoring critical radar and combat systems.
Responsibilities
Provide Fleet Technical Assistance (FTA) to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve casualties involving AN/SPY-1 radar and associated combat systems.
Perform on-site (OS) and distant support (DS) for U.S. Navy ships and shore-based OCONUS activities.
Conduct maintenance, installation, testing, and repair of radar systems, including Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) and auxiliary equipment.
