Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Combat Designer to join the Boat Game team at Supercell on an initial 6-month contract. Boat Game is a mobile, third-person action shooter in the extraction genre, and combat sits at the core of the player experience.
About the Role
In this role, you will take ownership of combat design, from first principles through to launch production quality. You will work closely with design, engineering, art, and tech to prototype and evolve a combat system that feels deep, readable, and distinctly mobile-first. This is a hands-on role with real autonomy and responsibility: you will be expected to make clear decisions, explain the reasoning behind them, and guide the team through experimentation, failure, and iteration toward excellence.
