Collections sr manager

The Collections Manager for Latin America will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy, processes, and governance for the entire Contract-to-Cash cycle across multiple countries in the region. This includes oversight of contract booking, billing, cash application, collections, dispute resolution, and full accounts receivable management. The role will ensure operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement within a shared services environment, driving efficiency and customer satisfaction.
