Job Description

Intugo, based in Hermosillo, Mexico, is seeking a Collections Specialist I to join a U.S.-based Accounting & Finance team on a 6-month temporary contract. You will manage customer accounts, process collections, apply payments, and maintain accurate records while delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities include cash application, resolving billing discrepancies, performing month-end AR activities, and collaborating with internal departments.
